“Stayed here on our last day before flying home. Arrived before noon after checking out of another accommodation. We were prepared to have them hold our bags until our room was ready. Kenedra (sorry don’t remember her name exactly) at the front desk was amazing. She offered us an upgrade and let us check in immediately. We hung out at the pool for the afternoon. “Lovely renovated historic hotel right on the ocean in Pietermaai district of Willemstad. It was in a quieter area only 1 street over from great bars and restaurants. Our room overlooked the ocean, and there was a small private beach with lounge chairs. The staff was amazing, and helped us with airport taxi and recommendations in the area. “This property is centrally located and has the best staff. The downsides was the loud music played on the rooftop that goes on until 10 - 12am depending on the night. You unfortunately cannot go to sleep until the music stops playing if you are sensitive to noises. The wifi was also pretty bad so you will need a sim or e-sim card if you want to stay connected. The staff was the highlight of this property, especially the men and women who worked the front desk. ”
