A/c throughout building does not work well. Max low temp on room units is 22c/72f. This was unexpected and uncomfortable for us, as room never cooled below 74. We changed rooms and same issue. Beautiful facility, most of staff is lovely. This is a european corodon hotel, not a hilton by USA standards.

Rooms weren’t cleaned efficiently on a Daily basis. They would replenish towels and make the bed at best. The food at the Buffett was very good. The food was good in every restaurant but the service was terrible. It always felt like you were inconveniencing the staff by asking for a drink. They did a horrible job of keeping the resort clean. Dirty dishes and food was left all over the pool and beach area for the whole day. It was disgusting and ants would start to swarm making other people not want to lay on those chairs by the pool. The resort is in a good location and has potential but the staff just really needs to do a better job!

La limpieza súper bien y las instalaciones, creo que podrían mejorar las actividades de entretenimiento en la noche, y la atención del personal ya que por ejemplo en el buffete no te dan los cubiertos tienes que ir a buscarlos y solo tienen un buffet y es el único que puedes usar porque tienen otros en donde se debe hacer reservación pero nunca se puede hacer porque siempre está lleno intentamos hacer reservación por medio de la app a las 7 y ya estaba lleno de igual forma en el mostrador a las 10 am y ya estaba lleno para el otro día

The pools aren’t good for families with younger kids as all main pools have water at 5 feet. Very good buffet. Good restaurants not great but good. Beach is rocky but calm. This is good for kids. Dinner reservation system is frustrating. Main bar has premium drink labels, beach and pool bars are basic. Good gym. Rooms are decent size for 4 people but fridge is small. Water pressure problems around 5-6 pm but rest of day had hot water and pressure.

From the rooms with partial beach and pool view, the view of the pool was not good because of the palm trees blocking the view. The entertainment was not good compared to other results we have visited. The BBQ restaurant is excellent. Overall the stay was good but not great.

On the outside looking in, the resort is beautiful. However, there is so much room for improvement when it comes to the overall cleanliness, support, staff friendliness, and food. Our rooms were only cleaned once during a 4 night/3 day stay; despite multiple requests to have the rooms cleaned. Support staff and housekeeping are unavailable after 11 PM. The food was very mediocre, and options are limited. The water in the showers stopped working on the second day. Housekeeping ran out of washcloths and towels. And finally, some of the bartending staff members were extremely rude and impatient. Overall, Curacao is a beautiful country, and I would highly recommend that everyone visit. However, based on my experience, this particular resort might not be the best option. I traveled with a party of 8 females for my birthday, and we were all disappointed with the resort stay and staff.
