Nice place

This is a fine place to stay if visiting the Grand Canyon area. It has everything you would need to make the stay enjoyable. Yes, it's right in town, but still very quiet and close to everything. We had a great stay.

Convenient location

Cozy studio downtown Williams was perfect for us! We were close to Hiking, restaurants and Bearizona. The host was very helpful and the check in process was simple.

The unit was very nice. Walked everywhere we wanted to go.. A couple hic-ups while there but management took care of them promptly. I'd stay there again anytime when I'm in Williams. The bottle of wine was a nice touch too! Thankyou!

Great access to GC South Rim

Very nice accommodations for the two us looking for easy access to GC. We are out all day exploring and want a place to prepare an early breakfast and a late dinner. This space if perfect for this with a stove and outdoor grill. Highly recommend!

Nice Little Stay

The host was welcoming and able to accommodate to our late arrival. The property is close to the train station, so it makes for easy travel. I had a 1 year old in my party, and the place was pretty child proof, so it made relaxing even easier.

Very nice conveniently located to GC Railway into canyon and route 66. Suggestions - bike or scooter accessibility. Electric kettle for making tea. Overall it was amazing stay!!

Awesome location

Perfect spot if you are wanting to go downtown and check out all of the action! It was perfect for me and my husband and mostly ate out, that way we got to know the town. The property manager was there to show us everything, and I mean everything the unit has. You do not need a thing except to pack clothes 😊

Celebrate 30th wedding anniversary!

This is a cute little place to stay. We came to celebrate our 30th anniversary. My wife always wanted to take the GC Railroad train and we did in luxury class. Fred is a great host and was quick to resolve any issue or questions. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early due to my wife's 102-year-old father being hospitalized with pneumonia. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful Getaway

Super friendly host and check-in process. The house was perfect for me and my 3 children. It was actually quite baby proof for my 1 year old, so made for a stress free stay. We unfortunately weren’t prepared for the cold and wet weather, so had to cut our trip short. The location of the property is 5minutes or less to the train depot so it was a perfect commute to do our Williams activity for this stay. My only regret is DoorDash was only contracted with Pizza Hut. Once we got to the property the weather forced us to be home bound, so we missed out in some really nice eateries. Next time we will for sure we will have proper clothing and gear.

It worked really nicely for our Grand Canyon adventure. The only suggestion I have is better communication before the stay. Getting the directions was a little stressful. It’s also not truly set up for 4 adults, for 2 it would be super comfy.
