This vacation home can accommodate up to 15 guests in its spacious 3300+ sq ft, featuring 6 bedrooms. This is the perfect spot to unwind, relax, enjoy a family vacation, a multi-family vacation, a couples retreat, a hunting trip, and spend quality time with loved ones. We are conveniently located less than 5 minutes from downtown and all the restaurants and shopping that Old Rte 66 in Williams offers. Less than an hour away from the Grand Canyon so you can enjoy a day trip or ride the Grand Canyon train from Williams. Sedona is also only an hour away from the home. The National Forest is just minutes away & offers many leisure activities such as mountain biking, hiking trails & opportunities to observe many types of wildlife.
Keep in mind that this is an older home, though greatly cared for, expect to find loving wear. The original owners added rooms to the home as the family grew and it has a spacious quirky layout design. If you're looking for a new home design or a luxury home then this may not be the right home for you.
There are 6 bedrooms and a total of 10 beds that sleep up to 15 max. (We have our water delivered and therefore limit guests count to avoid running out of water).
Four of the bedrooms are situated along the long hallway by the entrance, while one bedroom is located near the game room and another is accessible by climbing the stairs within the dining area.

*Please note: The max guest count including children is 15 people. Your house-trained pet dogs are welcome for a fee of $50.00. There is also a hot tub in the home. The optional setup fee for the hot tub fee is $50. If you wish to use it during your stay please message your request.
Just a heads up, Williams AZ has an elevation of 6676 which might take a couple of days to get used to. In addition, we are a pet-friendly home and we are in the middle of the Kaibab Forest. Despite our efforts to keep our home clean and comfortable, we are still unable to entirely remove allergens. If you have questions or concerns please message me before booking.
Pets
1. The pet fee is $50. We are a dog-friendly home. If you bring your dog please make sure they are house trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. There is a fenced-in area available for your dog. Please don't leave dogs unattended in the home and clean after your pets. Sorry, due to allergies we only allow dogs at this time.
Smoking
1. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or in the indoor patio area. If you smoke outside please do not drop cigarette butts on the ground.
Failure to comply with the rules may lead to the loss of your security deposit and/or eviction.

Trash is picked up Tuesday mornings. Please place trash bin on the curb.
