The house was gorgeous and the property was amazing. The one downside was it smelled like cigarette smoke from most likely the previous tenant so it would be good to strictly enforce no smoking. Other than that the house was perfect and it had everything we needed.

This was our second year staying at this property and we couldn’t love it more! Absolutely beautiful house with a great size pool right on the most beautiful beach! The house is fully equipped and perfect for the three families and four kids we had! The property manager is very easy to get in contact with if you have any questions and the beach is completely private and crystal clear! The house is in perfect condition with a beautiful kitchen with an open floor plan and an amazing living room! We down the days until we can come back!

This property is perfectly located on the most beautiful yet uncrowded beach. It is nicely appointed and well-equipped. This area is somewhat remote so a car is helpful if one is staying for any length of time. Andy is a terrific host and his local team is very responsive and exceptionally helpful. All in all, a wonderful vacation. Definitely returning next year!

We had an amazing week at Yumey Sands! The house is just as advertised and the view off the deck was absolutely breathtaking. As many have mentioned before, the kitchen is well stocked (even had spices, ketchup, S&P, etc already in the cupboard), the beds are very comfortable, and there was no shortage of kayaks to use for exploring. Brea's just down the beach is a great amenity as well! We had the perfect trip and would highly recommend Yumey Sands to others!

This property is truly amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. The view of the ocean as you walk in the front door is breathtaking. We spent 7 nights in this beachfront villa and it wasn't long enough-we can't wait to return. Judy the property manager was great with responding to our needs. Thank you for a perfect family getaway.

We had the most amazing stay! The house is so beautifully decorated and well appointed…the pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. We worked with Judy to have groceries delivered which worked out well due to grocery hours / limited availability. Our family loved our stay so much that we booked the house for next year while we were still there!

The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need. A plus was the hot tub, appreciated that perk as we came in to a cold front and it allowed us to still be cozy outside. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Yumey Sands! This was our 5th visit to Exuma and was the nicest villa so far. Andy has gone above and beyond to provide everything you could possibly want. The layout and design was top notch and the views are beyond compare. Judy was also a pleasure to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We are already planning our next visit!

Family reunion at the twin houses. We stayed at both the yellow and the blue homes. We cooked in some nights and also arranged had arranged local chefs to cook for our large group. Ate at Blu On The Water one night which was lovely. Judy was very helpful in every way. Would love to come back!

The pictures cannot possibly do this place justice, it was so impressive, so well appointed, so well organized, our family of six felt so welcomed and had a spectacular trip filled with memories that will last a lifetime, I cannot think of a better place to take your family, other family, or friends. Our local guides were so gracious, and the owner of this property was extremely well organized and helpful, 10 out of 10 if that is an option! Our family and friends plan to be back, and we hope that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy this incredible place.

Yumey Sands is a very comfortable, well appointed, very relaxing property. Definitely a “dream home away from home”. It had everything we needed, and more! We hated leaving, but absolutely plan on coming back! As always, the property manager; Judy and her team made sure all our needs (groceries, alcohol, rental car, jet-ski rental) were taken care of. Loved the mid-week “refresh” of the villa! Being directly on Tropic of Cancer Beach never disappoints either!

This was our second visit to Yumey Sands Villa and once again it was nothing short of spectacular. This property has it all. The villa itself has a fully stocked kitchen, bbq and all the beach necessities, including kayaks, chairs, towels, umbrellas, pool floats and an ice chest to take down to the beach. Each bedroom as en suite bathrooms and the beds and linens are wonderful. It is always hard to leave such a beautiful, restful vacation!

We had the most incredible vacation!! House is gorgeous and beautifully appointed!! We cant wait to come back! The road in and out is very very rough...FYI.....but absolutely worth it! It is a ways out from Georgetown, but Santana's is up the road and worth the drive! I truly give this home a 10!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated villa on gorgeous Tropic of Cancer Beach. It was so spacious for our family of ten and the views were breathtaking. Judy, the caretaker had our rental cars waiting and escorted us to the house. She had our groceries there, so we were ready to jump in the hot tub and pool when we arrived. Thank you Andy for accommodating our family at your beautiful villa.

This house is beautiful and well stocked with kayaks, snorkle gear, life vests, games and the kitchen gear was also plentiful with the latest gadgets. The decor is perfect too...nice comfy yet beautiful furnishings. fluffy towels, nice bedding. We loved the ability to boogie board, kayak then shower off in the outdoor shower and jump in the pool. Weather was amazing, too. No issues with bugs and we cooked our own meals and stayed at the property due to Covid but really enjoyed it! Highly recomended!
