Prefect condo

We were in TC for a softball tourney. The two bedroom condo was a perfect fit for us. Clean and close to everything we needed. Comfy beds at the end of a long day! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you could need!

Great spot for golf and day trips!

We enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Haven. The condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. It’s a great location for our golfers and close to many popular spots within a short drive!

Great place to pitch in for horse show, equestrian park is just minutes down the road. Very cool restaurant as you enter the parking lot, where this unit is located. Comfortable bedding and pillows. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars,only because they had some minor exterior upgrades/improvements going on during our stay, which was a little annoying one morning.Would definitely book this one again!Management company/owner were awesome to work with!RGD

Over all a great location

Honestly, the location was great. We were only about a ten minute drive from down town traverse city. However the bedrooms were really hot, the floors weren’t cleaned well and the condo wasn’t family friendly especially having two kids under two. The tv was wonky, we had to use our own hotspot and there were cords/extensions hanging from it where it was easily accessible and dangerous if the little ones were to pull on them. Like I said over all a great location.

Potential

The property has potential, but needs better amenities (Keurig, ice maker, clean fans, no spiders, complete remodel of both bathrooms) - they are trying to make the decor modern, but it isn’t warm, cozy, or inviting. And counting an inflatable as a bed is bad marketing. The couch should be a pull out.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The place is cozy, 2 bathrooms as laundry was a big plus for us. Excellent communication and easy check in. You would need time allocated to follow check out instructions.
