I would like to have known in advance that there was going to a deposit at check in. The desk clerck infomed me that in was in fine print, why I asked he said he didn't know. It was deducted from my account, upon checking out I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to put back. Why so long to be deposit back.

Elevator smelled of marijuana. Guests smoking weed at night time. Non-smoking room filled with smell of weed, could not sleep. Checked out early. Found a safer hotel.

the room was decent was showing signs of wear and tear. the wall had some damaged paint areas. the bathroom was clean but the design of the shower stall makes it look dirty, as it's a fake marble print that looks terrible honestly. the carpet in the main hallway was worn and damaged in several areas. I feel like I over paid for the room.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There was yellow stuff dripping from the ceiling, on the doors and on the walls. The rug was very stained with a dark red/brown all over the room. There was a gash in the wall. The fridge did not work and was burning hot to the touch on the outside. Nothing has been updated or fixed. It was very hot when you first walk in and a light is hanging out of its fixture at the entrance. We did not end up staying because of how gross it was and they did not give us a refund. The man at the front desk just told us to call Expedia to get a refund, but they denied it. They do not let you talk to the manager. They only give you the general email. Do not stay here. It is gross and they are horrible people that just take your money.
