Small condo perfect for weekend trips

Great condo and nicely placed behind GT for weekend activities. Nice view and great parking. Will rent again.

Okay stay

The condo itself was nice. However, we had trouble checking in with no building code and the elevator was out of service. We did not know this and our room was on the third floor.

Comfortable and lovely!

Everything was just as described! The space was comfortable, easy to locate, and very close proximity to the main resort. Would recommend staying here!

Newly Updated Lakeview Condo

Great place to stay. We would stay here again. The condo was clean and updated. If you are looking to cook a large meal, the kitchen area is small, but very nice. Great for breakfasts and lunch. Dinner- there are so many fabulous places in Traverse City to try- no need to cook a lot. The communication with the management team was fantastic. They were timely in letting us know all information concerning the place. Great value and pleasant environment.

A little dated but clean and nicer than a hotel. Kitchen is a kitchenette and a little hard to make dinner with food allergies but doable.

View great; Condo needs updating

Felt like a hotel room. Bathroom had old wall paper and a phone by the toilet. Total overhaul needed. Carpet had stains. Sliders were very difficult to maneuver. Sink near bathroom clogged. Condo needs an overall update. Furniture, carpet, paint. Bathroom.

Checked into a dirty room

Upon checking in we found our room had not been cleaned at all. Although the response to get it cleaned was good we weren’t able to check in until over an hour later. This was such a disruption to our plans. There was no amends by management other than an apology. Also, unsettling that they said they would be done cleaning in an hour.

Brief 3 night stay

Overall this condo was tired looking and not well maintained. The closet closest to the front door was off it’s hinges, the sliding door handle was broken which made it difficult to open the door wall. The second door wall would not slide open at all. The wallpaper around the bath/shower was coming off the wall in multiple places. It was obvious the condo was not maintained. Also, the elevator for the building had filthy carpeting and the walls were dirty and dingy, leading to a poor first impression.
