  • Located behind a gated drive at the end of the paved portion of Spruce Run Road you will enjoy absolute privacy during your stay, not seeing another person or vehicle for your entire time. Very secluded, being nestled at the base of the Nittany Mountain and bordering the Bald Eagle State Forest Lands, but only a 15 minute drive to downtown Lewisburg & Bucknell University.

    Built in 2006 and named after the mountain road leading to it, Spruce Run Hideaway is beautifully enhanced by the interior design and covered front porch and is surrounded by 245 acres of private woodland & 1000's of acres of State Forest Land. Only a 15 minute drive from historical Lewisburg, this special spot allows our guests to enjoy the freedom and restfulness that nature has to offer as well as to be able to take a trip to see local sites & visit the many area restaurants.

    Enjoy evenings around the campfire with complimentary firewood for your stay.

    Hunting rights are available during your stay for an additional charge. Please email for specifics.

    Snowmobilers: Access the many miles snowmobile trails through the PA State Forest just off our driveway at the end of Spruce Run Road.
