This apartment impresses with its ideal location within the popular holiday resort of Willingen. Ski lifts 350 m, children's ski school with treadmill approx. 150 meters. Climbing hall, archery range, hiking tours, mountain biking, paragliding, summer toboggan run, trout farm with restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. The Rewe and Lidl shopping markets are within walking distance. The Rewe Markt is open on Sundays from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. The popular rustic Vis a Vis restaurant with a cozy atmosphere is approx. 200 m away.

From the living room you can reach the balcony to the south side and from the bedroom a terrace to the south side. From the balcony and from the terrace you have an unobstructed view of the Köhlerhagen / Ettelsberg

Laundry packages can be booked for € 12.50 per person. The municipality of Willingen charges a spa tax of € 2 per person over the age of 15. After the booking has been made, contact must be made with the host regarding the settlement of the laundry packages and the spa tax. We charge 50 € for the final cleaning

Vor der Buchung hatten wir nachgefragt, ob es Fotos vom 2.Schlafzimmer gibt – leider hatte die Vermieterin kein Foto davon, sie schrieb uns, das „der Raum gemütlich und ganz nett“ wäre. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein dunkler Kellerraum ohne richtiges Fenster, somit kein Tageslicht (nur ein kleines Fenster zu einem Lichtschacht). Außerdem steht das Bett zwischen 2 Wänden in einer Nische – keine seitlichen Abstellmöglichkeiten am Bett, und nur ein unbequemes „ein -und aussteigen“ über die untere Fuß Seite möglich. Ebenfalls vor der Buchung hatten wir gefragt, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, 4 Fahrräder sicher unterzustellen. Die Antwort: „Es gibt einen Abstellraum. Das wäre möglich.“ Leider war in diesem Abstellraum kein Platz mehr verfügbar für 4 Fahrräder – er war komplett mit allem möglichen Lagerartikel und Müllsäcken zugestellt. Die restliche Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich– aber für 4 Erwachsene aus unserer Sicht nicht geeignet, für eine Familie mit Kind ist die Wohnung ok. Das das 2. Schlafzimmer ein Kellerraum ist – das müsste auf jeden Fall in die Beschreibung. Wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, hätten wir diese Wohnung definitiv nicht für 2 Paare gebucht. Für den Preis hätte ich 2 „normale“ Schlafzimmer erwartet. Positiv erwähnen möchte ich noch, dass wir früher anreisen konnten und schon vormittags in die Wohnung durften. Allerdings gibt’s kein WLAN und es konnte keine Bettwäsche gebucht werden.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Ein tolles kleines Häuschen. Alles vorhanden und alles top in Schuss. Einziger Nachteil ist das fehlende Internet/WLAN.

Sehr stilvolle, schön eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick und gut gelegen. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit würde ich diese weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles an die nette Vermieterin.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Hammer Aussicht. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. Es ist alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man was zu meckern sucht, könnte man den schlechten Internetempfang erwähnen. WLAN wäre echt klasse. Geht aber natürlich auch ohne.
