“Basically this hotel is good but I have to complained about Expedia/Hotels.com.
The address for this hotel was wrong. I can't find this location. So when I arrived the location where Expedia/Hotels.com showed on the google map,I cannot find this hotel. so I just asked some people around there,it took me 3+ hours to find the correct place. “Having stayed here before and enjoyed it, I was happy to book again. I was moved to a different property this time, which wasn't a problem in itself, but the "Superior Room" I booked looked nothing like the advertised photos. The room felt outdated and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. Additionally, the TV remote was broken and despite reporting it, the issue was never resolved during our stay. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.”
