This rustic country home has direct access to Willsboro Bay, which freezes over in the Winter. Perfect for Ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and relaxing walks. Fully equipped home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool table, indoor stone fireplace plus a large deck facing lake with beautiful mountain view and outdoor propane fireplace. City water. Just 45 miles from Lake Placid - Whiteface Ski hill & Olympics Training Facilities. Just 7 miles from ferry to Vermont. 1.5 hours south of Montreal (I-87, Exit 33). 2 hours north of Albany. .
