"I had a good stay. However, on the checkout day, I left the room early to take my larger bags to the car. When I came back, housekeeping had started cleaning the room and threw away some items that were not garbage. This was disappointing. "
"This is my favorite place to stay in the city. I always get top tier service from the staff. Tamika always makes sure I have a smooth check-in and alway very welcoming for a perfect stay. Joe always on point with pick up and just making the property upbeat and positive. All the other staff always have been great , there is also a GM or management making the property is in tip top condition and asks how is everyone’s stay(genuinely meaning it) I appreciate them all. I look forward to the amazing room and always clean. I had a chance to workout last night(nice and quiet) Thanks again Family! Best,

"When I entered the room, I noted the following damages and provided feedback to staff.
- Damaged leather on the bed headboards and chairs
- Damage to the door
- Issues with the bathroom caulking
They mentioned they noted into account, when checking out I mentioned again and nothing was on account. Ensure you check the room for damages. "
