**We cannot 100% guarantee the hot tub will be available on any specific dates. There can be unforeseen maintenance or damage from a previous guest that requires us to temporarily close the hot tub. The hot tub being closed will not result in a qualifying cancellation/refund. Damages to our hot tub will be assessed at checkout and fined as deemed appropriate.**

Please note our extra guest policy: For over 8 guests there's a fee of $35 per person, per day, to account for added liability, wear, tear, and cleaning. The fee is applicable for the number over guests exceeding 8. We would allow up to 10 guests.

Located on a quiet back road only 15-20 minutes from town, the World Equestrian Center & Caesar's Creek. Location is five minutes from Snow Hill Golf Course, ten minutes from Lake Cowan and the Nowhere Else Festival.

Kings Island and the Renaissance Festival are 30-45 minutes away.
