Property was conveniently located to historic downtown and the Riverwalk. When was clean and bright and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and the property manager. Sherri was very nice. He gave us some good ideas of things to do. I would highly recommend this place.

The location was excellent as was the support from the managing staff. Loved sitting outside on the porch in the evening. The room was great and bed very comfortable. Pillows were a little high. The breakfast was also great!

Dreamers B&B was a wonderful find in Wilmington. I usually stay in a boutique hotel nearby, but I wanted to try something new, and I'm so glad that I did! Sherry was communicative, attentive and provided a delicious breakfast on the morning of my departure! I would highly recommend to solo female travelers looking for a unique and historical stay in Wilmington. The accommodations were wonderful; an eclectic mix of old and modern. I cannot wait to return!

This was a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The location is very close to downtown, making it easy to enjoy great restaurants and bars. There are also nice places to take a walk nearby. The breakfast was beautifully prepared, delicious, and healthy. The host was very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We had a wonderful trip. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful stay! Our room was charming, the bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Sherri was a great hostess, so accommodating! Our breakfast was absolutely delicious! Wonderful location for taking in Historic and Riverwalk Wilmington. Wonderful property. Sherry our Host was Amazing. She cooked the best breakfast ever, and asked about dietary restrictions too. Very clean and spacious room. The top floor felt very private despite being in a shared inn. The breakfasts were fantastic! And you can't beat the location if your plans are around downtown Wilmington.

We loved our stay! My favorite parts were the delicious breakfast and relaxing on the patio. Sheri clearly puts a lot of thought into accommodating guests' dietary preferences. The area is charming and cozy. Perfect for a walk or run, and conveniently close to everything! My only suggestion would be to add king-size beds to all rooms. The queen beds were comfortable, but a king bed would be even better for couples.

Loved it. Can't wait to visit again! The breakfasts by Sherry were so lovely and nourishing. She even set up coffee earlier for us when she found out we were early risers. SO walkable -- we had the loveliest time in historic Wilmington, with so many great restaurants nearby. (Plug: I loved Seabird) My only thing: I recommend booking right through their site since it eases communication a lot. Also, it took us ages to figure out the shower lol -- I recommend just asking for help immediately if you stay!
