Summary:
Walk right from the comfort of this well appointed townhome to the first tee of the wonderfully reviewed Hermitage Golf Club. You are also minutes to Mount Snow, downtown Wilmington and some spectacular lakes. Amazing mountain and golf course views from the living room or private deck. This townhome features a bright open floor plan, and updated kitchen. Enjoy the gorgeous stone fireplace with firewood at the front door. This is the perfect home for golf, hiking, brewery tours, and more!
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
-Damage waiver The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is my experience. The townhouse was not clean. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned the day we arrived, and there was ice everywhere. We asked the repair technician, and this did not happen. The dishes and utensils still had food stuck to them. The towels smelled terrible. We washed everything before we used it. The host charged us more than 200 for cleaning services, and the place was not clean at all. No dishwasher detergent. All the restrooms were filthy. My sister-in-law stated that one of the toilet seats was so wobbly that she nearly fell in. The townhouse was outdated. It requires a facelift. Honestly, the place was cleaner when we left. The only good thing about the place was the warmth from the fireplace.

Lovely trip
The house is exactly as pictured and very clean. One thing about staying on a golf course is that the grounds crew is always out blowing leaves or mowing lawns early in the morning.
The host was very responsive to messages and I would stay here again especially since it’s pet friendly.

Beautiful Location
The Wilmington area is the perfect mountain getaway spot with lots of cute shops and informal dining available. The condo offers great views of the golf course and mountains. There were six adults and the 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths allowed plenty of space for everyone. The living room with the wood burning fireplace and comfortable furniture made for many hours of memorable family time. Thank you Greg for a wonderful weekend!

Great Stay
The condo is cozy and inviting and has everything you need. Endless wood for the fireplace and easy access to trails on the snow-covered golf course. Quick drive to Mt Snow and Wilmington. Most of neighbors seemed not to be there.

Quiet and relaxing
This location was ideal to get away for a relaxing time in VT. The place is decorated cute and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. It was a quick drive to town for breakfast or heading out on a beautiful fall trail. Could easily stay again!

Cosy, great location, relaxing!
Loved Greg’s place! Fortunate enough to get some end of season skiing in at Mount Snow. Warm weather meant mornings spent skiing before heading back for margaritas in the sun on the deck, watching if the sun go down over the trees before heading inside for fire, dinner and a movie.
The townhouse was the perfect size for our family, comfortable rooms and a good size lounge / living area. Plenty of firewood and crucially plenty of bathrooms!

Charming, well-maintained, beautiful!!
I REALLY enjoyed staying at this property. The host was great at communicating and allowed us to use the fireplace for a cozy touch. We were able to get together and use this as our Christmas home and it was perfect. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out. THANK YOU!
