Perfect location for visiting downtown ILM…just a short walk to all the best shops and restaurants. The Espresso Bar just a block away is a gem for a delightful coffee and pastry. This property was clean, easy to find and park at, and felt very safe.

The apartment is in a great location and you can park the car and walk to most restaurants and shops. Jody was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was very elegant and showcases the natural historical features. Quite area but just minutes walk from the river walk. The listing is very accurate and definitely not disappointing. We hope to return soon.

Charming Historic District

My husband and I came to Wilmington to get a feel for the city to relocate. I picked this unit specifically for the old wood floors, high ceilings and crown molding, and the gorgeous rich peacock blue accent color in the kitchen and bathroom. It was perfectly located for walking access and quick access to HWY 17 to beaches. The unit was wonderfully clean and bright with all of the windows and we would definitely stay here again.
