Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our cozy place sets a tranquil experience where you can enjoy sitting on the deck under beautiful mature trees, or relax in the bright and airy living room. The home has been totally renovated and nothing was left out! This one bed, one bath is a perfect getaway spot to enjoy beautiful Wilmington!

The sunny living room features 3 walls of windows, but is tucked away on the backside of the house to keep privacy. There's plenty of comfortable seating space in the living room, and even a desk area if you need to work remotely. The updated kitchen has all of the essentials that you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal, and there's a laundry closet off the kitchen for your convenience as well. The bedroom has a king size bed with nice linens and a high end mattress. The full bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. You'll love spending time outside on the large deck complete with built in bench seating and Adirondack chairs!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the back deck and fenced in back yard. There is another rental unit at the front of the house, but it has a completely separate entrance and does not share any of the outdoor spaces. We are dog friendly but do need to know in advance if you plan on bringing a dog with you during your stay. We welcome up to 2 dogs with prior approval. The pet fee is $75 per dog for stays 6 days or less, and $150 per dog for stays 7 days or longer.

There is parking available on the street for your convenience.

It was in a great location and felt very safe. The unit is clean and comfortable and has everything you would need. It was also dog friendly with a fenced in yard. The walls are quite thin and you might hear the neighbor (who is a loud talker) and I would bring my own pillows as the ones there were extremely firm. But that being said, I would absolutely stay here again!!

We were originally booked into a smaller property where the heater/ thermostat was not working properly but the host moved us into another property which worked out beautifully. Light filled, high ceilings and recent upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable and we appreciate the quick response of the host. We would recommend this property.

Cute place to stay - lots of privacy in the back yard. Perfect size for one or two adults. Property owner is very accessible and responsive. Would highly recommend staying here. Super cute and clean!

It was such a cute property, it was located on the backside of a different property, but that meant that you got a private yard and outdoor porch. There was no street noise or any noise in general other than the birds and bugs outside. Everything was clean and well stocked, and there were no complaints about the property.

Property is perfect for a couple. Very quiet in residential area. Fenced in back yard was great for our terrier. Very private and we had the entire yard to ourselves. Great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Many modern upgrades and I LOVED the kitchen decor and layout. Only minor setback was street parking only and the street is very crowed! However, we always had a spot directly in front of the house. Excellent location! 10-15 minutes to down town and Wrightsville beach!

The property is nice with a backyard and deck! The neighborhood was very quiet. Great location to access all near by beaches. Great places to eat shop and lots of entertainment was close by as well! Communication via text with owner was great. Check in process with vibro was horrible. We arrived 1am and vibro rep was not able to assist with property information/check in. It was a complete disaster with no resolve until the following morning. The owner was very helpful and apologetic regarding our experience.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood a block away from a really nice park with a stream running through it. The streets are narrow and everyone parks on the street. The rental is on the backside of a house and is attached. When we arrived the house smelled really musty, we opened the windows the living area and it helped until we had to close them. The wall that separates the spaces is very thin. When we were in the bedroom, we could hear conversations easily and when the microwave was being used it sounded like it was in the bedroom with us. The yard is very nice but the wooden fence on the alley side of the yard was falling over and has big holes in it. We couldn't let our dog out alone because of the fence. Also the only pillows on the bed were bamboo memory foam or something like that and they were very thick and uncomfortable, we checked the closet for another type but that's all there was. We had to use the throw pillows from the couch . The couch in the living area is very comfortable and it was very relaxing sitting there and being able to look into the backyard with the windows open.The kitchen and bathroom are very nice. The kitchen appliance seemed new and there is a lot of light. The bathroom shower is very nice, has great water pressure and the provided soap smelled really good.

I spend a week every Month in Wilmington .:: was hoping this would be a recurring vrbo rental property … but a bit tight for me and my pup … I come with dog beds, crate and blankets so my pup understands their space the crate didn’t fit in the bedroom (but the huge human bed was comfortable..just a bit big for the space) ..I guess I missed it in the pics but there is no dinette or seated dining space… I had company over one evening and it was awkward to hv company eating on the couch … that being said the sun room is lovely and where I spent all awake time in the place … but not much space for my yoga mat … I travel a lot .. so I bring over the door hooks which proved to be a great decision as there are no towel racks. This property is not just behind the bungalow it is part of the bungalow .:. The redo is great but u can hear the occupants in the front unit … the bedroom is a shared wall or attic space not sure of the source … but a bit noisy … not in a loud party way but u can hear their conversations (and loud male yawns) til they go to sleep. here… there are no towel racks …

We loved our stay here! The host was very communicative, the check in was easy, and the house was spotless! Also has a great back porch and a private fenced in back yard for your dog! Would definitely recommend staying here.
