“This was my second stay here and it was just as amazing as the first! Very clean place, quiet neighborhood, parking literally steps away from the door is a HUGE bonus. Host responds fairly quickly and is very sweet! Check in was very easy and quick no issues at all. WiFi is also a bonus but seemed to work fairly spotty in the bedroom but worked amazing in the living room!Although I didn’t use the kitchen much it is well equipped and enough room to make a quick meal. There were waters in fridge……

“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Modern San Pedro home! The kitchen came well stocked with all the needed pots, pans, utensils, and quality large and small appliances. The adjoining living and dining areas were quite large with comfortable seating and furnishings for all. The master bedroom bath is “high end” with everything and more than expected and all bedrooms were well appointed. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of all rooms and our host, Ashley, went above and beyond……

“Host seemed really nice and location was great for visiting family. Close to the 405 and airport, but with it you do get noise from those and a train, and if visiting during the holidays the neighbors will have parties, but that's normal. We were only there to sleep basically. Things seemed clean, but our white socks got pretty dark on the bottom from the floors so they might need a better clean. The glasses in the cabinet had lots of smears and finger prints, so we had to wash before use. I……
