“Amazing ”

“Didn't know there was an extra fee to pay when getting there after booking on Expedia. Got to the room and it smelled. No door knob on the bathroom door. No extra linen. Noisey. Hot in the room air was set at 63. Paint coming off ceiling. Breakfast wasn't good. Water pressure was barely there. Oh and front desk came to our room asked about the door knob missing and walked away without explaining anything. Handed in keys in morning and was told thank you and have a good day. No receipt or……

“Power was out. Was unable to access a room. Staff did nothing to accommodate for this issue. Had to find a different (more expensive) place to stay. Communication was horrible. ”

“Plastic bags cover hotel signs, paint cans and debris in main hallway near the elevator, carpet in the elevator torn, hallways dimly lit, room had large cracks in the ceiling and walls that were simply patched over, bathroom appeared to be OK. Overall not 8/10 or 10/10 as the reviews suggest.”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”
