-A luxurious bathroom featuring 3D tile, marble floors, a double vanity, walk-in shower; Bath towels and luxury shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lavender bath salt

-Cypress Falls Swimming Hole: 4-minute drive
-Largest outlet mall in Texas, San Marcos Outlet Mall: 25-minute drive

With a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, napping hammocks, and the opportunity to spot majestic Texas white-tailed deer, guests find everything they need or want on the property. We can also assist you in crafting the perfect group getaway with a private chef, decorating services, in-house massage therapists, and wine tour services. We reserve the right to charge a penalty of $100.00 a night for each guest after four people.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property for our guests` safety. For additional visitors, please get in touch with the host.
We love pets, but the Pink Cabin is a pet-free property. An unregistered pet will incur a $500 fine. If you wish to bring your pet, please look at our other properties: the Artsy Cabin, Farmhouse, or Designers Cottage.
If you are bringing a service animal, you must register the animal with us prior to your stay and be aware that service animals can never be left alone in the house and must be kept on a leash at all times. We do charge $200 if pet hair is found on any furniture, such as beds or sofas. We charge an additional $300 if any dog excrements is found in the house plus any replacement costs of any goods damaged because of it.
No loud parties and events. This includes excessive noise, so please refrain from fireworks and shooting. You know, the loud stuff...
Free parking for 2 cars maximum.
This is a smoke-free house. If you smoke outdoor, please pick up cigarette butts. We will charge $50.00 if our crew has to pick up butts.
Smoking inside will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $500.00.
Corporate events, photography, and filming for commercial purposes must be discussed with us first.
