Elements Team Retreat

Excellent "in the country" property

Beautiful setting with an excellent view in hill country. Excellent accommodations with several onsite activities. Very nice pool, hot tub ans sauna.

Outstanding place for a leadership retreat

This place is just as good, if not better, than the pictures and the write-ups. So much to do on site with the pool and hot tub and all the games. We loved the shuffleboard and the ping pong table. Great view of the sunset and the outdoor tables were great for eating as a group.

Beautiful home!

The Rim Rock Lodge is just as awesome as pictured! We absolutely loved sitting in the rockers on the large back porch & enjoying the hill country view! The game room is awesome, large outdoor kitchen area is great & all the bedrooms & bathrooms perfect! We will definitely be back!

Birthday Getaway

We had five families stay at this property and it comfortably accommodated everyone. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and spent the majority of their time there. Our favorite part was sitting on the back porch late at night telling jokes or waking up in the morning to watch the sunrise. Can't wait to visit again!

Peaceful and Relaxing

This is a beautiful place great for large groups. The deer came out each morning and evening. We enjoyed lots of porch time and the outdoor kitchen was great for grilling. It is very secluded and a little hard to find especially at night. Overall we had an amazing time and made lots of memories.

Excellent house for a group

We were a gourp of 8 40-50 something guys in the area for a special event. Our only regret was not being able to spend our entire time at the house.

Great Escape from the city

Property is very nice; loved that it was 1 story since we had older parents that have a hard time climbing stairs. Everyone had their own private suite with in suite bathroom. Plenty of room too spread out. Liked the location easy to get to near by attractions.

House with everything

Large group 20 (3 under 6yrs) for my 40th..house had everything we needed. Food and clothing is all we needed to bring. Big kids loved the movie room/gameroom..think they only came out to eat. Great location close to wimberley.

Relaxing, fun and peaceful retreat!

Rim Rock Lodge is absolutely amazing! We came here with our family of 13 for a summer vacation and enjoyed every minute. The main (single story) house is spacious and comfortable. Great accommodations! The pool was refreshing and stayed cool even in August. We all enjoyed the multiple outdoor patios and porches. Plenty of shade and breathtaking views! The kids and adults had fun in the game room/media room. Close proximity to all the shops and restaurants in Wimberley. It has been a fantastic stay - we hope to be back!

Absolutely Magnificent!

We had an amazing time at this property. It has everything you could want for a vacation! We were a small group for the size of this house, but I wanted somewhere where we could stay and have everything in one place, and this was perfect! We were lucky enough to get a two day stay but I would have stayed longer, if possible. It was hard to leave! This is a great house I would recommend it to anyone interested in hosting a get together, reunion, event, family vacation...etc. I will be checking the availability for a future stay here, in the future! Thanks!

Excellent!

We had a cruise get cancelled, so we quickly found this house as an alternative! It did not disappoint. The view alone was breath taking! All of our group asked to go back. I wish there wasn’t a pandemic , so we could enjoy The cute little town of Wimberley. Even though we had to stay isolated, we couldn’t have been in a better location. A+++

Great Place for our Annual Family Weekend

This property was an awesome choice for our yearly multi generation family getaway. We had 6 adults and 5 active boys ages 5-13 for a 3 night stay. The swimming pool, game room, media room, workout room, disc golf and pool table were enjoyed by all. The one story home layout with numerous bedrooms and bathrooms was great. We also loved the large dining table for family meals and card games. The well appointed large kitchen made for easy meal preparation. When needed, communicating with the property manager was prompt and helpful. Great family memories were made at Rim Rock Ranch and we hope to stay again sometime.

SPECTACULAR HOME & VIEW

WOW!!!! RRL is an AMAZING home and property. We rent a lot of FABULOUS homes for our family vacations and this one did not disappoint!! It was perfect for our family of 15. 8 adults and 7 kids ages 16 months to 6 1/2. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, & completely stocked with everything we needed. The pool was completely fenced in which gave us peace of mind with all of the littles running around. We really enjoyed the Game Room and Movie theatre too . We did not leave the property at all, everything we needed was right there. Can't wait to rent again.

STOP...look no further this place has it ALL!

We just celebrated my daughter's 40th birthday at the Rim Rock Lodge and it was the PERFECT setting!! We are a family with 6 adults and 4 children ages 8-15 and the RR Lodge had something for everyone....pool, spa, sauna, AWESOME game room, home theater, grilling area, fire pit, disc golf … We enjoyed it all! Loved all of the covered patio space and sitting in the rockers enjoying our morning coffee and drinking in the beautiful hill country views!! The kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed to prepare our meals....we never left the lodge! Finally, at the end of the day we were all able to have our own space with our own bathrooms and sleep in the incredibly comfortable beds!! We would love to plan a repeat trip in the future!!

Amazing!!!

Rim Rock Ranch Lodge is more incredible in person. Super clean, beautiful view, the house is huge and the game room/movie theater just an extra unreal bonus. We had a family reunion and it was loved by everyone. The house has everything you could ever need! The beds were all very comfortable...the showers were all multi headed (one had a steamer which was super neat!!) The kitchen is well stocked with large skillets, cookware, etc for a large group. All you need to take are your personal belongings and food (HEB is really close if you forget anything) We will be back for sure!!! What an amazing weekend with incredible memories made by all!!

Gorgeous House

Rim Rock is a gorgeous house that is well built for a group holiday like ours. We were able to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday in this gorgeous property and space. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room particularly. The view is unforgettable. One of the bushes in the front yard had hummingbirds each morning. It is also convenient to Wimberley and San Marcos. Only items that were not five stars were the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub, both had some debris at the bottom (there were a lot of storms/rain). We also had some navigation issues (not hosts fault but something to think about) with both Google Maps and Waze unnecessarily directing us through an unwelcoming neighborhood nearby. Overall would happily visit again!

Beautiful view

We had a wonderful time at this house. It looks newer on the website. You can tell it is rented quite a lot. A few repairs would enhance it greatly, such as, fixing the back door opening to the porch. The back door is difficult to keep closed. The door to the game room sticks and is hard to open. The ice machine in the pool room produces about 3 or 4 cubes at a time. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work. Guests should be told to bring ice. Overall the property was wonderful. The pool was terrific and we loved the long porch and rocking chairs. The view is amazing! We would definitely return!

Exceptional Retreat

I scheduled this property for a Leadership Team retreat I was hosting. I needed to get my team out of their traditional environment and begin thinking outside the box as we developed our business strategy. The environment delivered exceptional ways in which to do so. From the very prompt responses to questions, beautiful and extensive views, outside areas for dining and huddling around fire pit, large game room, open floor plan with state of the art kitchen and bar area to host appetizers and casual conversations, to the bedrooms with individual attached bedrooms, this place had it all. We didn't need to leave the property at all, yet we each were able to have our own time and sanctuary space to recharge our batteries. Best decision so far...with exception that my husband and teenage boys were insanely jealous and I won't be living that down for a LONG time.
