Perfect vacation for a group!

We had lots of activities planned around Austin and San Antonio but once we arrived at Rim Rock we didn't want to leave! Our favorite parts were the movie theatre and the pool with a VIEW!

Peaceful and Relaxing

This is a beautiful place great for large groups. The deer came out each morning and evening. We enjoyed lots of porch time and the outdoor kitchen was great for grilling. It is very secluded and a little hard to find especially at night. Overall we had an amazing time and made lots of memories.

Amazing Property with Tons of Room and Amenities

We had an incredible stay at this spacious property in Wimberley! The house has plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy for us to cook meals, and the outdoor area was a true highlight with a pool, grill, and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The gameroom was a big hit with everyone—tons of games to choose from, a shuffleboard table, poker table, and even a gym and theater setup! We also loved the built-in speakers throughout the house, allowing us to play music wherever we were. On top of all that, the location was fantastic—just a short drive from amazing restaurants and shopping. This place truly has it all for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

Perfect home for large families!

This home is fabulous! In lieu of gifts for Christmas’24, we decided to do a family trip, and this property suited the needs of our 17 member family quite nicely. It was clean, but a really deep clean is due soon. (Light fixtures, blinds, under furniture, etc…) Also, the sectional in the living room needs replaced. It has been very “well loved” and isn’t worthy of this magnificent home. We loved the layout of the house, the extra space in the game room, and of course, the view that all the reviews raved about! It was a little too chilly to swim, but that didn’t stop several family members from doing a “polar plunge” and then a nice soak in the large hot tub. The kitchen was VERY well stocked as far as small appliances, cookware, and utensils. We had everything we needed. A couple of things that you need to bring because they aren’t provided are kleenex and dryer sheets or fabric softener, The only other negative we would have is that the bathroom attached to the room next to the Master had a problem with the toilet. The first night, we heard the toilet “run” every 4 1/2 minutes. We solved it the next night by just turning the valve off at bedtime and back on in the morning. All in all, this beautiful home is highly recommended by our family, & while it’s beginning to show its age just a bit, we would absolutely stay here again! One other plus- Shiloh did a wonderful job with communication! We appreciated it so much!

A Return Visit That Was Wonderful

This is our second time to enjoy Rim Rock Lodge with our whole family of eleven of us. Plenty of room to sleep everyone comfortably and plenty of places to spread out to enjoy and have fun.

Fun family time in the Tx Hill Country

The whole family enjoyed our 4th of July stay at Rim Rock Lodge. The property is beautiful and the house is set up perfectly for a large group. We loved the outdoor area and game room and everything was super comfortable, clean, with many thoughtful touched throughout the property. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this spot for large group gatherings and laid back fun!

Best Family Trip

We had a FANTASTIC trip! We were with our kids, their spouses & our 10 grandkids. This is our second stay at RRL & plan to go next Summer also! HighlyRecommend! Beautiful property & AMAZING VIEW. The pool, game room & movie theatre kept all the kids busy. Ages 2-13.

Outstanding place for a leadership retreat

This place is just as good, if not better, than the pictures and the write-ups. So much to do on site with the pool and hot tub and all the games. We loved the shuffleboard and the ping pong table. Great view of the sunset and the outdoor tables were great for eating as a group.

The Rim Rock Lodge is just as awesome as pictured! We absolutely loved sitting in the rockers on the large back porch & enjoying the hill country view! The game room is awesome, large outdoor kitchen area is great & all the bedrooms & bathrooms perfect! We will definitely be back!

Birthday Getaway

We had five families stay at this property and it comfortably accommodated everyone. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and spent the majority of their time there. Our favorite part was sitting on the back porch late at night telling jokes or waking up in the morning to watch the sunrise. Can't wait to visit again!
