We enjoyed the pool area which also had a hot sauna and cold plunge. Room and bathroom was clean with clean towels and nice hair and body wash products provided. Split air conditioner was quiet and kept the room cool. The property and room met our expectations at a fair price.

We loved our stay for my Bachelorette Party! The two queen bedroom was perfect for us with the best view! We loved the swimming pool & the deck area! We used the ice machine effectively as well. The staff even helped us take pictures as well. The downtown area was so close so that was perfect as well. Parking was a little tight but doable. We will definitely be back & make the Bygone our Wimberley place to stay!

Loved our stay here! It’s only 6 mins from Wimberley town, so the location is pretty good. The room was so cute with the best little details. The pool was great, the Hill Country views are amazing, and the sunrise was seriously breathtaking. 10/10!

Great place, clean and at a reasonable price! Check in and out were simple using email messages to communicate instructions. Views were great from the pool area and bed and sheets were so comfortable! We did a quick round on the whiskey trail and think there are dinosaur tracks hidden somewhere (local mentioned it)b but not sure if we found them or not. Would have loved to have an option to purchase coffee or cappuccino with bites for breakfast at the pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ByGone. I took my two kids for a little getaway and we really enjoyed this place for the views and serenity. We roasted marshmallows on the fire pit, really enjoyed the clean pool and the covered lounge area and mornings on the balcony were a nice touch. We bought some groceries for the fridge that had enough space for a few days, because there is no food at the hotel, but the town is only a short drive. Just wished they had replenished the coffee for the second morning! But all requests we sent via messenger were answered quickly.

Property and room were nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, the property was in good shape. One issue was quite a bit of noise traveled through what seemed like the floors from our neighbors room, as in we kept kept hearing their footsteps at night and the next morning. Our only other concern was the 10am check-out time (instead of the traditional 11am everywhere else). Other than those things it was a nice stay.

Cute older hotel that’s been modernized and updated. Clean. Checked in and had standing water in my bathroom, so they very quickly and easily moved me to another room. Comfortable bed, quiet location. They were doing some work on a new deck they were building, so there was some noise, but nothing too bad and not at weird hours. Would recommend this cute place.
