「My mother stayed in a room last night, I parked for a while but was told it must be a short stay, but I was rudely told ‘if you don’t move your vehicle soon I will have to fine you’ my mother has stayed in the hotel many times & use to be a regular . 」

「Superb breakfast and dinner previous evening.Room was spotless. Parking was secure, a plus point. In all, a short and very pleasant stay.Would definitely recommend a stay at The Bridge House Hotel.」

「my family just wanted a cheapish bed for the night. It was how we imagined - as the building is quite old and full of history ! It was clean and had a shower - no towels, but we had our own. AS the building is probably nearly 100 years old it is s quite out dated, but a good experience. Even had the old baskset type lift to go up stairs ! Makes a change from modern. Gives a taste of what life used to be like 60 years or so. No complaints」

「No staff available and rooms not ready on arrival, very confusing check in, basement room with hardly any light, overall terrible!」

「Whole hotel needs an update, room carpet dirty, bathroom dirty. Wanted id when we arrived wasn’t told that when booked online with Expedia. But I don’t carry id so excepted the email confirmation when booked. Bed was hard, uncomfortable but for 1 night was ok! Noise from the road kept us awake and a blue light shining into our room all night from the hotel next door. We left at 7am due to lack of sleep. Beach close by and shops. 」

「You have to pay for internet in room, I was lucky they upgraded me , but my so called internet room is just a room happen to receive signal from the lobby. The staffs are great and kind, room is old. Carpark is 5 pound per night, walk 10 Mins to town 15 mins to pier and beach. Check in time is crazy 4pm and check out time is 10am , late check out at 11am is 10 pounds extra. Personally I can't stand of it, but didn't know until I got there. 」
