「Very basic, no amenities, if need ice have to ask the front desk which is only open part of the time off season. Dingy but clean. No frills but the bed was comfortable. Drafty and thin walls. Heater took awhile but worked good once it got going. Lots of hot water but sink didn’t drain very well. So it was overall okay.」

「We had such a blast in this beautiful house in the windy bay! The views were absolutely breathtaking from every room in the house! The price was such a bargain and I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Winchester Bay, the dune access was close and we even walked down to the pier and caught some crab! We can't wait to return to this gem in the future.」

「Rooms are dated and not cleaned properly. I originally booked and paid for two nights (through Hotels.com), and extended my stay for one more night directly with the hotel. BUT finally the hotel charged TWO extra nights on the bill. I tried to negotiate with and ask for refund from the hotel by email, however they had not responded to my enquries and requests for over one month (I checked out on Jul 12 and it's Aug 20 today when I write this review.). It's very irresponsible.」

We were there for a little anniversary getaway. got the romance package, also had a blast renting a kayak to explore around the lake and ended the evening with a nice warm fire and s’mores. Making this a perfect little getaway.」

「Felt very homey. Loved the lodge look on the inside of the room. Cleanliness was overall great. NO Ac but enough windows to get a breeze through. The beds are comfortable but sounded like they were going to break when turning. Maybe bigger tvs. The lady at the front is very nice and sweet. Asked for items and she was at our door very quickly with what we asked for.」

「I am a little disappointed in the listing for this property. I was not notified til I booked that I could only get to cabin by boat. Each shuttle was 100.00 per way when I was told by property owner that is was 60.00 if you booked in advance the boat launch company said it has not been that low in price in over ten years. I wanted a romantic getaway and ended up with a headache that cost me way more money on top if the cabin price.they also said they had two kayaks and two paddle boards but we...
