Hi Wayne, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I apologize that we were not prepared for you. We are usually not caught off guard. The front desk person should have called you when the room was ready. From the description you gave me, it sounds like you were in building 3. Our bathrooms do not have the room for a sink. The vanity and sink you used to shave is also used for cleaning dishes. The cigarette butts are a constant battle for me. I attend to it daily. I apologize for that, it does make the area look trashy. If by chance you are in town again, please give us another try. We will be happy to give you a small discount on your next visit when you mention this review. I want all customers to have a pleasant stay.

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review us and I apologize that your stay with us was unsatisfactory. We did have you wait for a room due to housekeeping being unavailable. Your TV remote was fixed in a timely matter. Many guests decide to take out the batteries which causes my team the need to reprogram the remote. You are correct, we do have a lot of people staying for an extended time. Most are from out of town and are working near Winchester either for construction or traveling nurses.
