Room was dirty and in need of a complete refresh. The hotel is quiet and the shower has decent pressure with very hot water. The beds were reasonable comfy. For the price it's acceptable. Location, can only be accessed travelling south on M3 which currently has lots of road works.

Quick stop over on M3 Quiet location comfy bed Good shower no problems here would stay again useful microwave in reception for ready meals from M & S or Greg’s, a hundred yards away

The staff in duty went above and beyond. When I had issues with a room they moved me twice and we're very friendly. Bedroom 1 - toilet leaked Bedroom 2 - toilet leaked, carpet in hoovered Bedroom 3 - (final) stain on bed base, carpet torn and faded. Bathroom smelt odd, old bath thing. The bed was comfortable but I just feel the maintenance done on this hotel and the cleaning service let it down. Some really basic upkeep was ignored. Really needs a refurb. Nevertheless, I cannot stress how helpful the man on the front desk was throughout as well as how friendly he was to make sure things could get resolved. Even when he was trying to go on break he was willing to help me out. The access to the service station was superb, so you had options for meals and didn't have to travel far for them

I was informed they made a request for a refund and I am hoping to receive the same. Please assist. Good for business - short stay - clean and convenient location.

For what it was it was just what I needed, internet was surprisingly decent, bed was comfortable and shower was decent! So everything I needed and it done the job, was great!

The nearby facilities with cafe etc nearby were really good. Bed linen nice & clean but hair seen in the bath! Service was - frankly - sloppy. Despite cancelling one of the booked rooms and being told card details given were just to secure the booking the card was still charged the original larger amount (& even before my arrival). No apology and no amended receipt was offered without insistence. In addition, one of our allocated rooms already had someone in it.

Staff were very polite and helpful, the room spot on but the pre-ordered breakfast box wasn't available so waiting for refund and it seems Days Inn don't cater for hard of hearing customers, another site without a deafguard.

Hotel and rooms all desperately need a refresh. All very basic. When booked paid for breakfast but not restaurant so had to buy food at neighbouring service station. Staff said this happens regularly. Shower tray almost flowed onto floor, since loose, sockets loose. On the plus side bed was comfortable and room reasonably quite.

I use it to stay weekly for my job. The staff are always smiling and welcoming. Quick to check in and easy leave your key check out in the morning I like having the same room each week (not telling you which one 😉) which they accomodate. Decent services with Fast Food and M&S options and coffee etc. Facilities in my room are great and always a comfortable stay. I do use earplugs as it's by a Motorway but just info for staying and not a criticism
