Ideal stay for Winchester or just a relaxing trip. The hotel is quite spread out so if disabled or can’t walk far I suggest asking for a room close to reception. Maintenance staff were fantastic. Cleaning staff great. Bar staff friendly. Highly recommend. Definitely going back.

Friendly staff!

The hoyel was lovely, efficient check in and room was ready earlier than stated. We used the swimming pool in the morning and the staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Norton Park hotel

We had a lovely weekend break. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great with a large steam room,sauna and good changing areas. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety and items you could order. The only issue we had was access to the ev chargers. The hotel did not know the cost of using the chargers, and from the app they did not seem to work.

2nd stay here - consistent good service

Staff were happy to deal with a couple of requests re changing the duvet and pillows to non feather/down filling and they had pre-installed a dog bed and bowl, which saved me another trip to the car thankfully. Comfortable, well equipped and dark bedroom. Very nice public areas and staff

We had an okay stay, the hotel had basic amenities that you’d need and the pool was fairly good. The rooms and bathrooms were quite outdated but the main issue is the walls must be paper thin - you could hear everything from the rooms next door, and we were unfortunate enough to have neighbours playing music beyond 11pm. However at 11pm, about to try to sleep, used the toilet and the flusher broke so we had to move rooms. Not a great experience overall.
