「We had a great vacation!! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for two families. The dock was perfect for lounging by the lake while the covered portion was perfect for the smaller kids to be out of the sun. The only thing I will say is that the steps are something else. We have stayed at several houses on Tim's Ford with steep steps, but these are straight up with no plateaus and no hand rails. It was a little scary for the smaller kids, so just prepare for that. 「Our host did not contact us with instructions. We got there and didnt know where our unit was, how to enter, where the keys were. We were able to get a contact number from the visitor center, but she didnt answer. Poor communication from host. No creamer or sugar to make cofee. Thankfully there was a very nice bath house on premise as ours was very small and the when we flushed the toulet the smell ran us out.」

「We had our three kids who all brought a friend and this house worked perfectly. The teenage boys took the downstairs as their sleeping and handout spot. We loved the porch and covered deck over looking the water. It’s a further walk than we had thought to the marina but that was fine for us. We will be back!」

The home was well stocked and had all of the amenities we could have wanted. We had no issues, but the host was very communicative and I'm confident any issue would have been resolved promptly. 「This is extremely clean Quality Inn. The bed was great and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was okay, but there was no yogurt. They had no coffee prepared in the evening. 」

「Pool was black from winter. Owner was a jerk. Parked in an unloading spot, with signs for unloading, he demanded we move "right now". Car covered in tarp was blocking the actual unloading parking spot.」

「super clean. lots of free amenities including individually cooked breakfast. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms have been tastefully redone. The only thing less that five stars is the the remodel was done very quickly with some paint splatters etc. However the price is very reasonable.I highly recommend this hotel.」
