The experience was better than I could have imagined; there were so many little touches to the property and it was also minimal at the same time. I loved that there wasn’t a tv or wifi. 「Great for all ages of kids they. This place had something for all the kids to stay occupied and entertain them selfs so I could relax. The kids loved the kayaks and making their own pizza. Shoot even I liked making my own pizza. Black stone came in handy for the big breakfast for everyone. The gym was a plus. well done and well thought of.」

「It turns out this house is 110 years old and is just as charming as you would think it would be. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need to make a great meal, there is tons of history on the walls and everywhere inside the home. The rooms and bathroom were great. It was like stepping back into the 1890's when we walked in. Not to mention LaGrange is just a great, fun town too. If you are looking for a great place to stay in LaGrange, this is it. You won't be disappointed.」

Some instructions for the coffeemaker may be helpful- we couldn’t get it to operate even after looking up directions online. 「Overall I enjoyed my stay but as feedback for this property owner, I feel obligated to let them know about some issues below: The unit could use some added attention to cleanliness. The bed linens (pillows, duvet) could use replacing and/or a really good washing. I had to use my own pillow because the pillows smelled like dirty hair and I had to turn the duvet upside down because one of the corners smelled like bad body odor. The bed sheets were clean, but the items contained in the clean linens...
