Located in the very central heart of Bowness-On-Windermere, this state-of-art apartment (Fully redecorated,with new kitchen worktops & wooden flooring in 2024) provides the perfect place to both relax, unwind & explore the sights and local attractions of Lake Windermere & The Lake District, as well indulge in the lively evening atmosphere centre of Bowness.
The apartment is located right in the centre of the "restaurant-district" on the Lakes Road over the 'Trattoria' Italian Restaurant.
The apartment has its own dedicated parking space, and has a host of different restaurants, shops & pubs all within 2 minutes walking distance along the Lakes Road.
There is a also a Co op supermarket two doors away
There are Lake Views from the dining & kitchen area & bathroom windows
The whole property has been refurbished under new ownership in March 2002 including a new bathroom suite, decoration throughout, new oak internal doors & blinds
The bedrooms have the apartment is double glazed throughout, and both bedrooms have fan-lights so the windows can be closed in the warm summer months to still provide some sound proofing from the busy Lakes Road.
There are three new Samsung TVs in main sitting area and both bedrooms.
The main 55” Living Room TV has a Bluetooth Sound Bar and a trailing HDMI lead & Splitter for instant connectivity to 3rd party devices such as Laptops & Pen-Sticks as well as the DVD Player at the property.
There is complimentary BT Broadband.
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer toaster and a microwave.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. (Plus a baby in an on-site travel cot).
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed, the second bedroom has twin single beds
All beds have new mattresses and bedding, and specialists contractors supply and launder hotel quality bedding on a rolling basis.
One bath and hand towels are supplied per person as well as kitchen towels & kitchen consumables.
There is a brand new (March 2022) family bathroom with shower over a large bath and toilet & sink both of which have vanity units.
towels toiletries and welcome tea coffee & biscuits pack are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm day of arrival and check-out day of no later than 11am day of departure.
Unfortunately the dedicated parking space cannot be used outside above times of occupancy as it is required by our changeover cleaning partners.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is dedicated reserved private parking place
- No pets are allowed due to stipulation of The Management Company NOT the Holiday-let Owner.
