Sapphire Main 2 Self Catering At 54 is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Maerua Mall and a 15-minute stroll into Windhoek CBD. Maerua Mall houses a number of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and a bureau de change. This unit is on the first floor of a big house and shares the first floor with a self-contained unit. It has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other one with 2 three-quarter beds. It has a full bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The lounging area has a double sofa bed that can take two more people. It has a fully equipped kitchen . Big groups can book the two units and have the whole of the first floor. Additional highlights: Free, secure on-site parking, fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi with dedicated work stations, scheduled housekeeping for long stays, camping gear for hire is available. This property is nestled on the scenic slopes of Luxury Hill, one of Windhoek’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Elevated above the city, this prime location offers breathtaking panoramic views of Windhoek. From this serene vantage point, guests are treated to sweeping, uninterrupted views of the cityscape, with breathtaking sunsets that add a golden touch to your sundowners on the terrace. The quiet, tree-lined streets of Luxury Hill offer a great opportunity for perfect leisurely walks as well as invigorating hill climbs for those who enjoy combining wellness with indulgence. This tranquil scenic environment is a sharp contrast to the city center bustle, yet it is very close to the City Centre.
