「We had a wonderful stay at the hotel — the rooms were nice and clean, and the location was so peaceful and relaxing. We had a room with a terrace which was perfect. Special thanks to Zoe from Zzzing for excellent communication and so much patience throughout. 「Brilliant value. It was basic but it had everything we needed for a small family get away. Basic 2 burner hob and small table top oven to heat things up. Some things we needed to buy to make it a bit more comfortable like dish soap and better bathroom wash. But we had a shop over the road that sells most things and if you get a car you have a Lidl supermarket 10min away 」

Whilst the rooms are generally comfortable and clean, the hotel generally was really noisy until the early hours of the morning and the rooms aren't sound proofed at all. The pool area was nice and clean but the loungers were uncomfortable so didn't use it much. 「This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!」
