The house is beautiful with much more space and accommodations available than the pictures or descriptions show! It is very well stocked and has plenty of extra little touches and amenities that make it even more amazing than expected! Our group had a blast with the pickleball court, the pool table and the fire pit! Beautiful home that is cozy and welcoming!

Our family group of 20 stayed at Courtside Estates during the week including Christmas Day. Everything needed for preparing food for a large group is provided, the home is open and spacious, and the pickleball court is a huge addition. The backyard is much larger than depicted in pictures providing outdoor space for yard games. Although the house was not decorated for Christmas, we brought our own tree and decorations and celebrated Christmas. There is a closet full of board games, a pool table, inside shuffle board, a keyboard, etc. The house is located near a recreation center as well as a nice local park. We really like the house and appreciate all the owners have done to provide a perfect living situation for a large group and we would definitely rent again.
