The room was clean and appeared to be renovated in the last while. Location is great for people coming to see the spring bird migration at Point Pelee. Coffee was free but not good. The staff were great.

Great room, comfy bed, very clean, charming building and room. Lovely working fireplace in room and also automatic thermostat for the air vents. Very nice and helpful receptionist Holly. Our requests for scent-free cleaning were respected and the room aired out to minimize smells, which was wonderful. I hope all small businesses eventually switch over to fragrance-free laundry detergent, that was my only issue (I travel with my own sheets due to scent sensitivity). Overall a great experience, wish my stay was longer.

The room was nice. We had a basic one queen bed room. Bathroom was clean, bathtub looked comfortable, but we did have an issue with the tub not holding water so shower it was. Not a big issue, i let the staff know upon checkout. Staff were very nice. Short walking distance to beach and pelee island ferry port. 10 mins to Point Pelee. I would stay again.

There was no bar and they didn’t come by to clean but that ok I didn’t need it. The front desk young woman was a cheerful delightful person and answered all my questions. The rooms’ decor kept a nautical theme with bay windows even, a lovely spacious room. The coffee and tea was upstairs with old creaking wooden stairs which added to the seaside ambiance.

Rooms were spacious but need a few things extra like a box of tissues in the room. There was a restaurant in lower level but prices were very expensive. Lacked accessible plug sockets near beds, need to provide accessible power outlets for plugging in phone changers etc. Virw from family suite was good and it’s close to a lot of places to eat out and very close to Point Peelee Provincial Park which is good. So you if you are looking for something that is not fancy then this place will be good for you

Charming room, great view of the lake, fireplace was a bonus, used for extra heat on this unusually cold day in May! Fridge and coffee maker in the room, microwave also available down the hall. Walking distance to some good restaurants, shopping mall close by. We had a pleasant stay, only negative is the bathroom fan was very noisy! We kept the light off when we used the bathroom so we wouldn’t have to hear it LOL.

We did not use the fire place. The room was renovated nut there wasn't a charging station for electronics. The view was advertised as water front. You could see the water but not really would call water front. Outside the window there was a corrigated roof as part of the view. The pull down blinds on the two large windows were very nice but not light blocking. There were a number of outdoor lights leading up to the drive to the ferry.

This hotel requires a renewal. There are no plugs or USB ports near the bed. Paint was peeling on the bathroom ceiling. The television was small and old with a very limited selection of channels. Guest instructions regarding room cleaning was not properly explained. For $250 CAD a night in the small town of Leamington, I think guests deserve better. The only 'saving grace' was the friendly, helpful and accommodating woman on the front desk who patiently resolved most problems.
