「I checked in online but arrived to find my reservation had been canceled. I was given a room for my first canceled night but left to fend for myself the second night during graduation weekend when the hotels were either sold out or extremely expensive. There is no coffee in the rooms. The lighting in the rooms is terrible and the breakfast has very few decent options. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「I booked this based on the pictures online and reviews that it was ok for a one night stay. Far from it! The linens on the beds were dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door, and there are permanent residents. When asked if our car would be safe, the front desk said, “They know they should leave guest’s vehicles alone. I ended up asking for a refund and we went down a block to a nicer hotel. 「Hotel is run down lots of homeless people around the area. Hotel staff makes the reservation work just to put you on a do not rent list. No hot tub. Hotel staff is rude and mumble under their breath when working with you. Terrible place.」
