「Tv didn’t work.. maintenance and front desk girl tried to get it going, but nothing. Surely a chain of this size would have a spare tv to swap out for a defective one, but not the case here. Maintenance guy was helpful but couldn’t fix the issues. Front desk Lady was very nice and friendly, but the tv issue has me leaving a bad review, that’s on the owners of the property. Continental breakfast was poor at best, at least offer one hot protein item and a waffle maker instead of thawed eggs...

「The room was updated, spacious and clean. It was conveniently located to the highway and to the downtown area. We were surprised at the quality for the price of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again.」

「Very clean and comfortable bed. But this is a motel style place to stay. Since it is operated by Best Western the sheets and towels are decent and more like hotel quality. But the teeny room and layout is all motel. You can hear everyone outside your window since the front door opens directly to the cars. I would stay here again if needed but it is way overpriced at $200/night. It should be more like $100」

「Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am. We used to stop here a few times each year. Receiving a few free nights but mostly lay off coupons.
