"The bed was comfortable sheets were clean and towels fresh smelly! Staff supervisor was so very good and friendly the room cleaning department specially Breakfast was ok the potatoes were very good actually! The dining area was clean Nanny at the front desk was nice and friendly"

The room had an old stale smell, one bedside lamp wasn’t working, one light in the bathroom wasn’t working, the carpet was wet around the AC window unit, the furniture was mismatched and scratched, and then to top it all off when we opened one of the cabinets there were roaches ..."
