They went above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options. Truly excellent service from start to finish."

"Management is not reliable. If you’re ok with spending thousands on a suite and sharing walls that are incredibly thin with your neighbors who will have you up from 12am-5am partying on the weekends then this is the place for you. Bring ear plugs. I came here for a moment of relaxation and it quickly turned to trash. Paid for two expensive nights and only slept one. Good luck. "

"Staff was great. Rooms need to be tended too better. First room we had we had to move out of because the Carbon Monoxide alarms kept going off when we turned on the fireplace. They pulled one off the wall to silence it and left us in there and then the one in the bedroom went off. Our next room had a light burned out over the coffee area and no freezer door. We paid over $600 for 2 nights. I expect more. The size of the room was exceptional! There was also rolled up discarded carpet in the hallway the whole time we were there. I will go back because of the fireplace and size of the rooms. Hopefully things will be better taken care of. Great location. Just a 5 min drive to the beach. "

"Not clean, too much noise at night"

"The hotel is modern, rooms have everything a visitor needs. The rooms are clean and easily accessible. I would have given a 5 star review if it weren’t for the check in. True, I was the only guest checking in, but when I arrived no one was at the desk, AND there was no way to get the attendant’s attention - except yelling or coughing.. Later, when I came past the desk, another guest was “enjoying” the same experience. Once the attendant came all went well."
