  • A Newly renovated suite with a quiet office and living space located in the best possible area to Visit Winnipeg! Large area for one or two people to enjoy. Easy access to everything in the city from this centrally located place. The living space is over 800 square feet with a large kitchen and living room The Bedroom has French Pocket doors that close for privacy. Like the Hummingbird, this suite stands for intelligence, Beauty, devotion, and Love. It is a suite meaning you have 100 percent control of the kitchen ( fully supplied) kitchen and bathroom. There are over 800 square feet of living space with your kitchen and bathroom. Plus parking and laundry.The new city of Winnipeg by law state only 29 days per booking. To accommodate longer stays a second or third booking is required.

Irene, the lady who greeted us,made us comfortable,explained procedures.The furniture is a little tired and could use a little upgrading. Bed was comfortable.Good chance, we will be staying there again, next summer.
