This beautiful 2 bedroom suite is perfect for those looking for a central location within Winnipeg. Located next to Misericordia Hospital, Food store, restaurants and a variety of other amenities in walking distance.

Great location

The location was excellent, the apartment was spacious and well equipped, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Overall the space could use some TLC: the door lock battery is dying, handle comes off closet, kitchen faucet leaks, chipped walls need repair and paint, and there was a musty smell when we arrived. As well, the manager only responded to my third message .

It was perfect for us

This was everything we needed. We were a retired couple traveling with our daughter and two young granddaughters to a family reunion. Unit was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The pull out couch wasn’t super comfortable but they never areI was most impressed that there was ample bedding and pillows for all of us ( I’ve stayed in other locations where we barely had more than a sheet and single pillows) and also … (even though we didn’t need it) SO impressed with everything for small children, including a few toddler diapers! Although others commented negatively on it, entrance to our unit was from the back alley but we had no problems. We did struggle a little with the keyless entry but once you catch on, it’s great. And, we had two vehicles so the free parking was a definite plus. It was scorching hot when we were there and when we arrived and saw the single AC unit in the living room, we were a bit concerned but it definitely kept up AND it was very thoughtful to also have large fan units in each of the bedrooms Contact with the host was very quick and very helpful. I would recommend

We love this place

This is our second time staying at this unit. The bedroom set up is perfect for our small family. The parking situation is very easy and set up so that we could have one visitor park behind us. There is a big dining room and living room area with plenty of space. Walking distance to Thom Bargen for coffee in the morning and Good Neighbors to grab beers is a definite plus. The washing machine wasn't working and the host was extremely responsive and gave me alternate options to get my laundry done.

Next door to a lovely coffee shop and beer garden, a short walk to Tall Grass Prairie bakery and centrally located in Winnipeg to easily get to all the places we needed to go to.

A Winnipeg Gem!

The vacation rental was very clean and looked exactly as advertised. The location was perfect-close to restaurants, shopping and sights. The property manager was always available to assist us. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 5days for a rest before heading home after a busy 5weeks. The apt was clean, it was a quiet neighbourhood. It was fully equipped and had lots of unexpected extras! Convenient location for us! The owners were very quick to respond via phone and text with questions! We will definitely stay again!

Comfortable but…

The home was good, clean and beds were good however not ideal location as we were to find out, rear lane was very dirty, news papers everywhere and homeless sleeping against house signs of drug use around. Wouldn’t recommend for kids. Home was very warm beds could use a top sheet or lighter blanket. Shower head was typical hotel style small and sprays all over.

Awesome cozy place

This is such a cozy place to stay. The beds are super comfy and the apartment is pretty spacious. It was a little confusing getting there as the back alley entrance kind of sneaks up on you. The hosts have a very detailed book with information about the area of things to see/do in Winnipeg which was helpful. The apartment is well stocked. We had some issues with our door code when we first got there that the hosts very quickly dealt with. We had no issues afterwards. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the place to everyone.
