The kids are playing in the hallway pass 10pm but the security at the building did their work. It’s just that some kids/adolescent and their chaperones or their parents are still noisy around 11pm. Overall, i like the hotel and the staff. They did an excellent jobs including the housekeeping staff.

Where to begin 🤔 the hotels elevators move extremely slow and was not aloud to use the stairs. Which was almost causing fist fights among other guests waiting for the elevators and they were the only 2 in the bulding in a city as big as Winnipeg is flabbergasting. But other then that the staff was awesome and did everything to the best of their abilities.

Shower head was short, really short. Im 5'6"and i had to duck down to get in the water. Great location though. Close to the mall and shopping. Lots of good dining options.

Everything was great, besides the pool being cold.. wouldn’t recommend it for babies. Practically everyone that went in the pool was saying it was cold.

Room smelled like mouldy carpet and musk. Noisy! Unsafe to go outside! Hot tub had 4 jets…nothing warmer than a regular bath. Would not stay again!

Staff were friendly, efficient. Still being treated for bed bugs. No noise control after 10, 11 p.m.; children and adults shouting throughout hall area; room door constantly noisily slammed shut; did not have restful sleep during entire stay.

The hot tub was dirty, a layer floating on the top, the pool was also unclean, and not properly monitored, kids unattended, kids in the pool wearing their dirty socks, the room was ok, bathroom floor wasn’t washed but the bed linens were clean, tv didn’t work all the time. For the price, I expected it to be more hygienic, next trip to Winnipeg I’ll be reserving elsewhere.

Location is good. Close to shopping and services. Smoke smell coming into our room underneath door from hallway. Checkout attendant was not really phased by this. Said they would check cameras. Check-in attendant was standoffish and rude. Not happy to be there...shift change.

Awful hotel. The room was so smokey, the facilities were so dirty and they refused to give me a refund even though we were only there for less than an hour. Pool area was so gross and the water was full of getms as the chlorine was so steong. I will never set foot in that place again.

The evening was very noisy. It was 730pm and we were leaving my son's room. We had 4 little kids ( 2 3yrs birthday, 5 & 6 year old they were excited to go to the pool the fellow across the way opened his door and screamed at us and said your not the only ones in this hotel so please shut UP and be QUIET.

Overall not a bad place, but people were up till midnight and being loud on the floor (not really hotels issue but is an experience issue). No breakfast or coffee location at the hotel until after 7 and never found the resturant offered.
