The building fan was loud in my room. Soaps were a little harsh..but ok. Could have used little bottles of shampoo. The bed was just a twin size but sleepable. But overall clean.

This was an interesting and eventful stay. Very helpful lady checked me in. Warned me that all rooms were smoking rooms and let me go and check out the room first before checking in. Actually didn’t smell of smoke very much so took the room. Room generally clean but decor looked like it was from the 1970s without maintenance or upgrade. Also quite dark and AC was noisy and fiddly to operate. Got woken by the manager and a prospective guest in the middle of the night because of confusion over which rooms were occupied and which were not. On the plus side, not the best part of town but lots of eating options nearby.

There was no ceiling in the hallway, and was dark and smelled like mold. Rooms were very dated, but clean. Definitely checked for bedbugs, I think it was ok. Hopefully. There was a strange mechanical noise outside my room that sounded like a viking war bugle. And that was worse than the throng of drunks outside my window from the bar. Thankfully I had earplugs with me, managed to sleep ok, but I slept with my clothes on.

The only positive thing to say about this hotel/motel, the lady I checked in was nice and helpful, the person I checked out with, he was friendly and helpful also….the bad, before I decided to book at this hotel review seems it was ok…. I had no idea hotel/motels still had smoking room, they only had 2 smoking rooms left, not happy, cigarettes ashes in the bathroom sink, no shampoo or conditioner, room was in poor condition, remote didn’t work with the tv, loud motor running 24/7, I don’t need a fancy room, but this room was not worth what I paid for, to top it off I was above the bar/lounge, smokers outside my window, loud….the room smelt like cigarettes the entire three days that I stayed there The night desk person seemed put out that he had to let me back in, I will never stay here again, this is top 2 worst places I’ve stayed at,
