Carpets in halls are getting worn. Tv screens are quite small. Otherwise is clean and quiet.

Property was under renovation. Had I known, I'd expect to pay less than we did. Mattresses are ABYSMAL. Felt like I was sleeping on a spring mattress made of monster truck shocks. Staff was lovely except for one guy in the restaurant seating area (more like a lounge) who wouldn't let us eat our own food at the tables. Fine, except there's nowhere to eat in the rooms or anywhere else and the place is under renovation.There's no info to be found in the room such as, "where the heck is the ice machine?" or other general hotel stuff you'd love to know. Lastly, would it kill them to put a full length mirror in the room? Standing on the toilet to see if my shoes work with the outfit is not really my cup of tea.

I have shared your feedback with our leadership team. We use brand standard Serta Simmons mattresses throughout our property and understand that everyone has their own personal preferences. Unfortunately, like many other food establishments we are unable to allow guests to bring in their own food to our restaurant, we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Our rooms are also equipped with a full sized mirror on the door of the credenza in the room. Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay.

The hotel room needs a new mattress and carpet. There was a smell of wet fabric when we arrived but no concerns with cleanliness. Breakfast was good! Although, we did have to show them we had paid for two breakfasts as their system only noted for one. The staff were friendly and accommodating which was a win.

The carpet is set to be replaced this winter during our renovation. Unfortunately 3rd party companies do not always send us when someone has include breakfast with their reservation so I apologize for this inconvenience. The elevator is the absolute the darkest poor lighting in any elevator I have ever been in. Almost needed to use the phone flashlight to see. It is a dangerous. The rest of the property was great. Staff was great.

We have had a technician come down to look at the lighting a few times and have been told this is a normal setting. We have since recontacted the company and asked they increase the light level or change the bulbs. I hope you enjoyed your stay!

Comfortable stay!
Quick overnight stay for our family. Checked in, went to room, didn’t leave room until we checked out the next morning. Desk agent was super polished and polite. Room was a bit dated, but very clean. Room was across from elevator and we were afraid of noise, but the only noise came from the AC in the room. TV easy to figure out.

Definitely need an upgrade and even beds are really old and the furniture in the room minimum 15 to 20 years old. Very old carpet. Even the small TV in room from 10 years ago. Shame on Sheraton Bonvoy to operate in such condition

Great customer service throughout the hotel. Good variety of food options in the restaurant at reasonable prices. Love the pool area and gym. 2nd floor hallway and stairs need updating as the carpet is dingy and old.

Have you ever wanted to love a place but a bunch of tiny things pull it back? Everything was fine but that’s it. By the way, the pool was not warm at all. I would give the place a 7.

Was great, with one confusing thing - the front desk seemed unaware that our stay came with breakfast included. We had to prove that that's what our reservation stated!

I investigated your reservation and found that unfortunately Expedia did not provide us with the information that you booked a room rate that includes breakfast, I was finally able to find this information after logging into the Expedia database. I truly apologize for this inconvenience as I know traveling can already be a stressful time. We have reached out to our supports at Expedia to ensure this does not happen again. Once again, I am truly sorry.

Gross, smelly, old hotel with gross, smelly old rooms. Stinky pool too. Keycards had to be redone 4x for a single night stay.

To Paul, thank you for your review but it is unfair and unacceptable. The hotel is scheduled for an exciting full renovation beginning in August. The hotel is kept very clean by our great housekeeping and maintenance teams. The pool is saltwater and is maintained daily. Keycards will need to be reprogrammed if they are constantly kept in with your cell phone and become demagnetized.All the best,

Beds were comfortable, modern bathroom was great. Lounge food and service were awesome. Didn't like the hair in the "clean" towels and the hallway carpet was a tripping hazard.
