This is a brand new, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home, with beautiful and modern finishes.
You are within minutes of osborne’s many restaurants, local pubs and stores. There is even a grocery store right across the street!
This property is also a short walk in either direction from the river walking trails, Winnipeg’s most iconic ice cream spot ‘BDI’ and a local arena.

Please note, external cameras may be recording 24/7. These cameras are for security purposes and are located outside only. They will never record any private spaces.
