Wonderful place to stay. Great place to book for business travellers and it's great for families too. They have a pool and a terrific restaurant. Security is very good and this hotel is perfect for downtown, close to everything. Definitely recommend staying here.

Always enjoy staying here. Lots of renovations and improvements and the staff are good when you get to know them. Great service, the restaurant is just lovely and a great place to dine. Close to everything. Rooms are simple, but very clean and the beds were comfortable. Great place to stay downtown.

If you can look past the couple of items that need work you can really enjoy your stay. Beds are 10/10 comfortable. Pool was a spa get away with private bookings making for a great vacation. Lots of history at this iconic hotel (google it!)

EXCELLENT! This hotel is under new management and it shows. The Marlborough is a classic, historic space and it's great to see it coming back to life. Staff are friendly, and the rooms are perfect for business travellers.

I travel a lot for business and often spend a week or two in the city at a time. I really like the Marlborough because it is affordable and I save by staying here as opposed to a more overpriced place. Lots of people criticize it but the new ownership and management are doing a tremendous job and it really shows. Terrific food at the historic restaurant and check for their Indian Buffet days, which is really good.

It's a very old building with some shady characters hanging around. Seems more like a drop-in centre than a hotel. The room i was given was not ready for guests, looked like someone was still fixing it up. They do have a lot of security however- front doors locked after hrs and elevator .

Lots of noise heard from hallway all night long. One outlet did not work so I moved the coffee pot to nightstand to make coffee. One lamp was missing a lightbulb. Was not the same place I stayed in 12 years ago. Still ok for a single dude going to an event at the life center. Clean and friendly staff.

One of the worst hotels I’ve every stayed in couldn’t use most of the plugs on the wall, only gave us 1 towel when asking for more, no fridge no microwave. Curtains weren’t even on the wall it was disgusting

We booked 1 room and it smelled so bad. I have never seen a room in such bad condition. Electric outlets were broken, washroom floor was dark brown and looked like never been cleaned. We only stayed there for 10 minutes and couldn’t stand the smell. We had to check in different hotel at 3 am in morning. I would suggest everyone to stay away from this hotel.
