Room was looking a little run down, could use some updates but it was clean. Our room was by stairwell and lots of noise from that til 2am, kids running on upper floor room was very loud. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room ...

Cleaning ladies were very noisy, talking in their own language despite having our DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door! Had wanted to sleep in a bit esp on Sat am! Room was either too hot or too cold. Couldn't set it to odd number temps eg it had to be either 70 or 68 or 66 or 64 not 65 or 67 or 69 degrees. ...
