The room was as pictured. However, we needed more towels and another blanket, but laundry is not accessible after 3pm. There are renovations going on as well. It wasn’t the best but it worked for the night.

Absolute dive. The room they gave me was on the same floor as what appeared to be section-8 housing recipients. Children running wild the entire day, sometimes at night. This was not on the website. The complete disarray and disfunction of the facility was not on the website. The disgusting carpets everywhere were not portrayed on the website. If I arrived during the day, I would have cancelled my reservation. This place is a dump.

In all my years of staying in a hotel this was the worst experience I have ever had. Hotel was under constuction old air conditions was up and down hallway, carpet was filthy. my bedspread had lint balls covering. I had to leave could not stay the 3 days I had signed up for. and to make matters worst, I did not get my 100 dep back and hotel says they gave refund to my card but card confirmed 100 did not return. oh yeah, lobby had unruly children that belong to staff

This hotel misrepresented themselves on the website with AI produced photos. It is housing homeless with the receptiom desk being protected by bulletproof glass. Had to leave and find a safer location.Waiting to hear on my refund.

The property definitely needs some work. My room was totally adequate. Bed was very comfortable in fact. The lobby had what appeared to be random abandoned furniture in it. The pool looked nice but it was empty of water. The desk clerk was behind glass in a locked room. I do feel like they are trying to fix it up and i wish them the best. It was worth 50$ a night.
