The staff was amazing and always went over and beyond; keep in mind the staff was different! My stay was 5 days and 4 nights, so I built some what of a rapport with them! I live locally and needed time to work on a project. I have traveled as far as Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Bahamas for business and stayed in hotels like the Ritz Carlton - the level of customer service was not like this! Bravo/Brava!!!!!

Good job

My stay was rather enjoyable. Had some trouble with my card key and heater in my room but front desk was more than friendly enough to help out and resolve the issues. Room could’ve been a bit more clean, beds weren’t properly made, dead stink bugs on the floor, shower was also dirty. But overall I had a good stay and would revisit.

Better then I expected. Liked the bath tub

I was delighted to find a bath tub very comfortable. Had to provide my own stopper. I always have a set with me. Bed was clean and comfortable. Wifi very slow before 9 pm then adequately fast.

I knew the place was under construction when we went.It will look very nice when it is completed. The person who checked us in and whom I returned the keys to the next day was the same person.. She was very friendly. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. We will stay at this location again.

It was okay. Wasn't expecting much for the price. The lobby was really clean and staff was nice but the rooms could have been a little cleaner. The rooms were pretty spacious which was nice. The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no breakfast as advertised and there no explanation for it either.

The staff were actually friendly. Inside signs EVERYWHERE "$100 cash deposit all guests no matter what..." we were not charged fortunately. The real issues stemmed from NO signage or property lights (literally couldn't find the place at 11 PM) it was pitch black outside, building was literally hidden. At 5 AM we were awaken by a man arguing and being belligerent right beside our room and a door slammed over half a dozen times. Place attracts a rough crowd, be vigilant.

Unclean. Not friendly at front desk. Sloppy and no pro. Clothes not match. Not secured area I didn't know. Floor dirty. No tissue. Poor light condition. Some weak inside. Bad odor. I understand anyone can afford there for low quality and condition.

While the staff were great, the property is being remodeled and should NOT be open for business. Our room didn't even have furniture. There is NO breakfast as advertised. The place is a complete mess with construction boxes all over the lobby. I could go on and on. Close up the place until at least an entire floor of rooms are ready - OR - discount the place to $40 a night

Pathetic and ridiculous amenities in the room

The staff provided outstanding service. I am extremely disappointed with the amenities in the room. Saying I am angry does not even describe what I feel. I am furious. If you wish to know more please call me at 512-9473907. There are too many problems I had and will take too long to document it.

Please don't stay here.

I'll start with the positive. The front desk person was pleasant and polite. The hotel itself is in shambles. Apparently they're remodeling, the elevator didn't work. The hallways were dirty with stains on the rug. The room was oddly put together. TV was mounted too high, the fridge had a science experiment and the toilet wouldn't shut off. There was nowhere to hang a shirt. This is a 1 star hotel that should be shut down and gutted.

When you walk in there were boxes in the lobby. The elevator wasn’t working. There was a smell. I asked for non smoking room but my hall smelled like marijuana. There was no comforter for the bed. The wash clothes had stains. The bathroom tub was dirty. I didn’t feel secure/safe

Roaches in the rooms. I had two rooms. I was luckyto stay only one night. . Smell of paint, Mold in the bathroom with the ceiling pealing. Paperbag breakfast on a shelf during check in, was told it was our morning breakfast. Peephole missing, just a hole someone could look in the room. Door was old and repaired numerous times. So much many issues. Didn't feel comfortable all night. Hotel should be closed until all deficiencies have been addressed. Should be inspected by the health department. Very disappointed.

My gps took me to an Outback Steakhouse parking lot, telling me I had arrived at my destination. There were no signs for the Microtel. I had to pull out my phone to look at pictures of my reservation to make sure I was at the right building, which looked like a nursing home. Upon check in, I had passed 3 paper signs taped to the door, desk, and wall. They stated “$100 cash deposit upon check in”. I was not informed of this through my reservation. The check in process was fairly simple. The hotel was under construction. Tools/mess everywhere. My door looked like it had been attacked by a lion (scratches EVERYWHERE and missing screws from the dead bolt). My windows were dirty and UNLOCKED upon my entry. The mattress had a pad on top (crinkled everytime movement was made). All sheets and towels were stained. The bedding consisted of a thin sheet and even thinner blanket. The pillows provided were useless. “Complimentary breakfast” comprised of hostess danishes, nature valley, and nutri grain bar. Overall unimpressed for the price paid.

Don’t do it!!!!!keep going!!!! don’t be fooled by the cheap price!!! This hotel is currently under construction looks like they purchased it from abandoned property auction. As soon as I walked in the building, I was disappointed, checking online to see if I could cancel or exchange. The receptionist at the desk for check-in seemed very overwhelmed. There was a young man not sure if he worked for this company or he was just hanging out, but he seemed very friendly into everybody’s business. The elevators did not work. We were put on the second floor. The carpets were disgustingly filthy, not only stains from the paint from remodeling, but who knows what was dragged out of that place, the whole structure smelt like freshly painted mildew. When we got to our room, the curtains were hanging halfway off the window, restroom was freshly painted over mold, and had cockroaches. I was so tired I fell asleep, I did check for bedbugs and I didn’t find any. About 2 AM. The fire alarm was set off. I heard somebody running, I figured it was the junkies staying in the building. Then again, the fire alarm went off for the second time and I could hear firetrucks coming. I didn’t pay it any mind because I was super tired and I figured that the alarm had notified the fire station next thing you know we’re woken up out of a dead sleep by firefighters to evacuate the building. The building was full of smoke, and we had to go outside into the rain. Nooooo thank you, never again!!!!!
