"This was our second stay at the River Rock. We were there prior to our cruise, we arrived it was extremely late arriving due to flight delays, however even at 2:30 in the morning the desk staff were pleasant and so very helpful. None of our luggage arrived and the front desk attendant was helpful and provided toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the amenities in the rooms were great. We appreciated being able to have clean teeth and amenities to shower with. The location is convenient as it’s directly on the sky train line and the pedways from the hotel to the train are very convenient and make lugging suitcases much easier. The rates were reasonable, especially on a long weekend. They do have a food court in the casino has a great breakfast with reasonable rates, they do need valid ID in order for you to access even the food court. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again."

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights with family. The location is very convenient for airport access, and the hotel provides a shuttle service, which was helpful. The front desk people are nice friendly and professional. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the room rate was lower than many nearby hotels. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. Since the hotel is located next to the airport, aircraft noise is unavoidable. The property feels quite dated, especially the carpets, which appeared old and not very clean. The bathroom in our standard double room was extremely small. The hotel also does not provide complimentary bottled water. Their parking space is assigned to a third party company, the price is quite expensive and no discount even for us who stayed more than a week. The towels were noticeably worn, with loose threads and signs of heavy use. Housekeeping service was also disappointing. On multiple occasions, we ran out of shampoo or body wash and had to call the front desk for replacements. Out of five requests, four required at least one follow-up call before the items were delivered, which was frustrating. Overall, this hotel may be a reasonable budget option for travelers needing a short stay or airport transit due to its lower price and shuttle service. However, those looking for updated facilities, better service, and a more comfortable long-term stay may want to consider other options."

"Large, comforable room with sitting area, two very nice TVs. Lots of storage. Good wifi. Very clean. Pleasing colours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will come back. The complimentary breakfast was very good!"

"Patrick is really nice and welcoming. We arrived late at night due to our flight and he waited for us. He also drove us to the airport the next day. The room was very quiet and I had a very good sleep after our long flight. I recommend this place to whoever wants a good rest before/after your flight."

"The room was Reno’s recently and so beautiful! Nice touches like heated mirrors in the bathroom, tons of hygiene products, soft close cabinets, great design, and ocean view! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I texted everyone I know that stays on the island to tell them about it. Would definitely stay again!"
